And let’s look at administrative redundancy involved with independent charter schools in Illinois, who were denied by their underlying districts but granted a charter by the state. As an example, Prairie Crossing Charter School in Woodland / Fremont districts diverts millions in per capita tuition reimbursement that is desperately needed, and adds a huge administrative burden. Interestingly, despite receiving funds as scheduled from ISBE, the school applied for and was awarded over $800,000 in PPP funds ... Cook County has many charter schools ...

The same could probably be done for many government positions. Particularly in Cook County.

How do we get that done???? where do we start ?

Common sense

Except in Chicago where they should separate high school from grade school.
